Unlimited Possibilities (Knob Version)
The Q1 from Keychron is a high-quality barebone keyboard where every switch, keycap, stabilizer, and even every plate can be individually customized. It is designed to create an exceptional typing experience through extensive personalization.
High-Quality Materials
The Q1 barebone features a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum case that undergoes 24 processes, including polishing, anodizing, and sandblasting. The gasket-mounted design provides a pleasant, flexible typing feel with excellent sound. The maximum flex of the Q1 is up to 2.5 mm.
Compatibility with Mac and Windows
The barebone keyboard includes a switch for operating system selection and an additional set of custom keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems.
Programming with QMK and VIA
With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap every key (including the knob) on the keyboard. The open-source firmware VIA allows you to define any key, keyboard layout, or backlighting. You can even write macros for custom key combinations that you desire on your Keychron Q1. VIA supports macOS, Windows, and Linux.
Hot-Swap PCB with Premium Switches and Stabilizers
The hot-swap capable PCB supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical MX switches. The Q1 barebone is equipped with high-quality screw stabilizers that provide stability and smoothness. The screw design also allows compatibility with a wide range of other stabilizers.
South-Facing RGB Lighting
The south-facing RGB SMD LED lighting is easy to see, allowing each key to be individually illuminated. Ideal for non-translucent PBT keycaps.
Keychron Q1 keycaps in the CH layout and switches are sold separately.
