Keychron K1 Pro

The Keychron K1 Pro has been given the popular design of the K1 and has been spiced up with a few of the premium features normally found on the Q series. Among other things, the keyboard is QMK & VIA compatible, which means that power users can programme all key or macro commands using VIA software.

The K1 Pro is ideal for travelling. In addition to its wireless Bluetooth and wired connectivity, the compact 80% layout means it can be taken pretty much anywhere a full-size tablet can fit. Gateron's low-profile 2.0 mechanical switch is designed to increase reliability and is the choice for a precise, smooth and reliable feel.

The K1 Pro offers a Mac layout while being compatible with Windows. You can even configure different key mappings for Mac and Windows devices. The VIA software is compatible with macOS, Windows and Linux. Keycaps for macOS and Windows are included so you can easily switch between operating systems.

We all have our own typing preferences. That's why Keychron offers the hot-swap option for the K1 Pro, which allows you to hot-swap any Gateron low-profile mechanical switch in seconds to customise the typing experience without soldering. The K1 Pro is equipped with special ABS keycaps that provide an optimal haptic feel and an excellent backlight shine-through effect.

Note: The K1 Pro is currently only compatible with mechanical low profile switches from Gateron, as QMK & VIA do not support optical low profile switches.
