Product details
K1 Max is a compact and low-profile mechanical keyboard featuring QMK/VIA functionality, wired/wireless mode, Nordic key layout, 2000 mAh battery, RGB lights, and Gateron switches.
The ultra-thin low-profile Gateron switch is 31% thinner than traditional switches. Together with a sleek aluminum frame, it makes the K1 Max one of the world's thinnest and lightest wireless mechanical keyboards.
With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap every key. The open-source firmware offers endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, and other features. VIA is the programming software for keyboard layouts, allowing you to configure each key and even write macros for your desired key combinations. VIA supports macOS, Windows, and Linux.
The keyboard can connect to up to three devices via Bluetooth and switch between them effortlessly. With the wireless USB dongle, you can make the keyboard wireless if Bluetooth connectivity is not available. The keyboard can connect to a smartphone, laptop, or iPad. Additionally, it has a wired mode with a USB Type-C connection.
Compatible with all operating systems from Mac to Android and Windows, Keychron is one of the few manufacturers that includes media keys in the Mac layout on their keyboards. It comes with keycaps for macOS and Windows, allowing you to switch between operating systems easily.
The keyboard features high-quality double-shot PBT material LSA-profile keycaps that do not shine through. PBT keycaps have excellent oil resistance for long-term use.
The hot-swap connectors mounted to the PCB allow you to install or change switches without soldering.
With over 22 different RGB backlight settings as well as static white backlight, you can easily fine-tune RGB hue, saturation, brightness, and effect speed.
