The Model 2601B SourceMeter from the 2600B family series is a new and improved single-channel SMU measurement device with an integrated four-quadrant design. It allows for the simultaneous sourcing and measurement of voltage and current, leading to increased productivity in research and development applications as well as automated testing in manufacturing. In addition to the features of the 2601A model, the 2601B model offers a resolution of 6½ digits, a USB2.0 port, and software command emulation of the 2400 SourceMeter model, facilitating an easy transition from older test codes. The 2601B model is equipped with Keithley's High-Speed TSP technology, which is over 190% faster than traditional PC instrument communication. This results in significantly improved speed at the system level, enabling more cost-effective testing. The high dynamic range (3A DC, 40V, 100fA) of this SMU allows it to operate across a wide range of applications.
