This combined single-element measuring chain (glass and reference electrode in one shaft) features a dirt-repellent PTFE ring diaphragm with polymerized highly elastic gel. This design prevents deposits and blockages while achieving a fast response time. A double chamber with double diaphragm sealing prevents electrode poisons such as sulfides, amines, or chromates from damaging the reference electrode. The integrated salt reserve in the reference electrode allows for a longer service life, especially in media with lower conductivity. Each electrode is individually tested and comes with a quality certificate. The electrode is made from physiologically safe and FDA-listed materials and features a lead-free shaft glass compliant with RoHS2. The selection of high-quality materials and components enables its use in the chemical industry, industrial wastewater technology, electroplating, power plants, waste incineration plants, and the sugar industry. An internal pressure buffer compensates for temperature-induced volume changes in the reference electrode space and allows for process pressures up to 13 bar. With a wide temperature range up to 135 °C and a large pH range from pH0 to pH14, the electrode can be used in demanding applications. The installation length is 120 mm.
