High-speed on water. A racing boat needs two main things: a powerful motor and robust components. The EP Racing Boat Rocket V2 RTR features a high-performance, water-cooled, brushless outrunner motor and a 30A water-cooled brushless ESC with BEC. The ESC (Electronic Speed Controller) supplies the motor with the required voltage and simultaneously regulates its power. The BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) replaces a second battery, saving weight by ensuring that the power supply for both the drive and control is provided by a single power source. The two-blade nylon propeller accelerates the boat to 55 kilometers per hour, and the 2.4 GHz 2-channel remote control system allows for outings with a range of up to 200 meters.

The construction of the boat must also meet these requirements: The Rocket V2 is equipped with a 9g waterproof rudder servo, rudders made of aluminum alloy, and a shaft drive system with a 3mm flexible cable drive. The hull, designed with cool graphics, comes fully assembled and features a self-righting function that prevents the boat from capsizing.
