The possible areas of application are the outer edges of car bodies, sheet metal, plastics, glass panels etc.. This edge protector (in U-profile form) has an external dimension of 3.5 x 5mm. The clamping range covers material thicknesses of 0.1 - 2mm. The material is very soft and flexible, allowing it to be fitted around even the tightest of curves. Sharp or irregularly shaped edges can be finished with it, offering protection against unintentional tearing and allowing otherwise sharp edges to be touched safely. The profile has the colour signal black matt similar to RAL colour table 9004. The formulation is Pb and Cd-free and contains no plasticisers.
