IRobot Create 3 Platform

Official Turtlebot4 platform with full ROS2 support, based on the world-famous iRobot vacuum robots. It features versatile integrated sensors including a 3D gyroscope and accelerometer, seven infrared distance sensors, a wheel encoder, battery voltage monitoring, and four cliff sensors.

The iRobot Create 3 platform combines over 30 years of expertise from iRobot in autonomous vacuum cleaning robots. It is the official platform of the Open Source Robotics Foundation (OSRF) and Turtlebot4, which is built and supported by Clearpath Robotics Inc.

The Create 3 platform includes Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB-C support out of the box, making it suitable for various hardware and research applications. The perforated top plate allows for easy mounting of additional hardware such as computers (NVIDIA AGX, ORIN, Raspberry Pi, etc.), LiDAR (SLAMTEC 2D or Ouster 3D-LiDAR), and other sensors and actuators. Combined with the included docking station, it creates a powerful platform at an affordable price.
