With the advent of high-definition movies and games, the new HDMI standard was introduced, which optimally transmits signals to the HD television or monitor, ensuring excellent picture quality. Of course, devices with a DVI output can also be connected to new HDMI-compatible devices using this adapter.

The DVI cable is connected directly to the input socket and then directly to the HDMI port of the HDMI-compatible device. This allows digital signals to be exchanged between two different interfaces.
