IK Multimedia UNO Drum

With UNO Drum, IK Multimedia introduces the latest member of the UNO series. UNO Drum offers a wide range of fat and powerful analog sounds, combined with digital flexibility and convenience.

A selection of programming and live performance features allows musicians, producers, and DJs to add massive drum grooves to their music. Six analog drum sounds, including two kick drums as well as snares, claps, and hi-hats, form the essential core kit for creating thick analog beats. Additional PCM elements (54 samples to choose from) provide deeper sonic flavors. These include toms, rims, cowbells, rides, and crash cymbals to create complex rhythm tracks. In total, up to twelve elements can be used between analog and digital sounds with 11-voice polyphony.

For sound shaping, UNO Drum features two analog master audio effects: Drive and Compressor. There are twelve velocity-sensitive pads with two velocity zones available for playing, which also serve for easy programming.

A special Tap Tempo pad allows for the quick generation of different tempos. With the 64-step sequencer, patterns can be recorded step by step or in real-time using the 16 buttons. Up to eight parameters can be automated per step for further variations. In song mode, up to 64 patterns can be chained together to create extended grooves. For integration in the studio, live, and on the go, UNO Drum offers USB and traditional MIDI connections via 2.5mm jacks (cables included). Additionally, UNO Drum features an audio input for direct chaining with the IK Multimedia UNO Synth or another device routed through the internal compressor, eliminating the need for an additional mixer.
