iRig Pre HD operates at 24-bit/96kHz and features a Neutrik XLR microphone input with professional preamplification, phantom power and gain control, which is also visually supported by the multi-colour LED. iRig Pre HD is also suitable for iPhone 7 and 8 thanks to a headphone output with volume control and direct monitoring switch for latency-free monitoring. iRig Pre HD works with bus power, 2 AA batteries (included) provide enough power to provide 48 volt phantom power for condenser microphones. The kit includes MFi-certified lighting and USB cables for connection to iPhone, iPad, MAC or PC, and a comprehensive software package including MicPack for VocaLive (virtual models of various mics, plus various effects), Mic Room for MAC and PC (a virtual collection of 20 microphones) and Pro Bundle for iRig Recorder (professional effects).
