Product details

The speaker features two 3.5-inch drivers, a 1-inch tweeter, and a bass reflex port on the back. With a power output of 100 watts RMS, the speaker can also play very loudly. The manufacturer emphasizes that the frequency response is extremely linear, covering a range from 40 Hz to 24 kHz. The iLoud MTM is fully DSP-controlled and offers not only typical sound correction on the back but also integrated room calibration. This feature is not surprising, as IK Multimedia has long provided the calibration software ARC 2.5 and includes its own measurement microphone. This measurement microphone is supplied with the speaker and is used for room calibration. The microphone connects directly to the speaker, and after the measurement, the frequency response is automatically corrected - this sounds promising. The feature set is rounded off with an integrated stand, compact dimensions, and a combined XLR/line input.
