This USB hub provides 7 additional ports and is well-suited for both personal and professional use. This is mainly due to its robust aluminum metal housing, which is resistant to shocks - quite literally.

USB 3.0 offers a bandwidth of up to 5 GBit/s. With the ICY BOX IB-AC618 hub, you can utilize fast USB 3.0 seven times over. USB 3.0 is backward compatible, making it suitable for USB 2.0 devices and cables (at their respective speeds). The USB charging port (5 V / 2.1 A) complies with the battery charging specification BC 1.2 and provides a convenient way to charge smartphones, tablets, digital cameras, and batteries (also known as power banks). Note: The charging port No. 7 can only be used for charging 5 V USB devices with higher current requirements (up to 2.4 A) when the connected PC is turned off or the USB connection is disconnected.
