The IB-245-C31-G looks great and delivers on its appearance. Available in black, gray, and pink, the enclosure boasts a unique look and an unparalleled transfer speed. It is lightweight, fits comfortably in the hand, and looks good on any desk.

With the new USB 3.1 technology, even higher data transfer rates are now achieved. USB 3.1 is also backward compatible, provided the appropriate cables are used. The high data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s are supported by the included USB 3.1 Type-C cable and only require a compatible endpoint such as a PC, tablet, or similar device. The aluminum casing ensures excellent heat dissipation for cool operation of the HDD/SSD. Therefore, no fan is needed in this enclosure, keeping it whisper-quiet at all times.

Hard drives and SSDs with a height of up to 9.5 mm fit inside the enclosure. This enclosure is particularly well-suited for SSDs, as they can operate even faster than traditional HDDs. An LED indicates power and access to the hard drive.
