Inside the swiveling head is a space-grade, shock-mounted capsule featuring an electrostatic Golden Drop transducer made of pure 999 gold. The Golden Drop technology allows for faster diaphragm movement, resulting in richness of detail and transparency. In addition to the shock-absorbing capsule in its head, the Martian is housed in an advanced full-body shock mount with a pop filter that neutralizes unnecessary vibrations, minimizes plosive sounds, and ensures an optimal recording experience. Since you can rotate the Martian's head to the perfect angle, you can also adjust its pop filter for ideal placement. The discreet Class A electronics of the Martian are handcrafted in Latvia, using only the highest quality components for performance, durability, and low self-noise.
