The Huawei Mate X3 has one of the best designs of any foldable book-style mobile on the market to date. However, it is severely hampered by its own operating system EMUI 13.1. There is no access to the Google Play Store. As a result, apps that are common on other Android mobiles cannot be installed on the Huawei Mate X3.
