The HP 561T Ethernet adapter with 10 GbE and two ports uses a next-generation Intel® Ethernet Controller X540. The HP 561T is a cost-effective 10GBASE-T adapter with two ports and low power consumption, specifically designed for use in HP ProLiant Gen8 rack, tower, and scalable servers. The HP 561T meets the high demands of next-generation data centers by providing unparalleled features for virtualization and scalability, ensuring it can keep pace with the HP ProLiant Gen8 server platform. All of this comes with the proven and reliable performance that HP customers rightly expect. The HP 561T adapter enables connections via standard CAT6 or higher UTP cables. The HP 561T supports high-performance networking features such as VLAN tagging, low latency interrupts, TCP and UDP checksum offloading, MSI-X, NIC teaming (bonding), receive side scaling (RSS), WOL, jumbo frames, PXE boot, as well as virtualization features and is prepared for VMDq and SR-IOV.
