Improved Protection and Durability

Transmission Curves

The HD nano CIR-PL coating has the advantage of being one of the hardest, scratch- and stain-resistant coatings in the world. Over time, standard filter coatings can be easily damaged by repeated cleanings if wiped with too much force or abrasive cleaning cloths. The HD nano coating is 200% harder, resulting in increased longevity and better protection.

High-Transparency Polarizing Film

The high-transparency HD nano CIR-PL polarizing film has 25% better light transmission than the standard polarizing film used in current photographic filters. This means that with the same polarization effect, nearly half a stop more light enters the lens, maintaining the color balance of a standard circular polarizer while enhancing contrast and clarity.

Polarizing filters eliminate unwanted reflections from non-metallic surfaces such as water and glass, as well as light reflected by moisture and impurities in the atmosphere, creating a beautiful deep blue sky. You can see the effect before your eyes as you rotate the filter. In addition to a bluer sky, the filter also reduces reflections, resulting in greener leaves in the landscape and improved clarity and contrast in your images.
