The Hoya HD Mk II UV Filter absorbs ultraviolet radiation, which often makes outdoor shots hazy and unclear. It is a versatile, weather-resistant filter suitable for both color and black-and-white photography. Additionally, the filter serves as a permanent lens protector. With regular use, your valuable lenses are safeguarded against costly damage to the front element caused by dirt, impacts, or scratches. The High Density Sharp Cut UV glass has been chemically enhanced and quadruple reinforced. The double-sided 16-layer anti-reflective multi-coating is water- and oil-repellent, as well as scratch- and dirt-resistant. The ultra-thin frame is compatible with wide-angle lenses. The glass is mounted using high-pressure pressing technology.
