The intelligent running planner recommends a more detailed and personalized training plan based on data such as heart rate, training time, distance, stride rate, speed, calories, and aerobic/anaerobic results, helping you optimize your training.

The Honor Band 5 is waterproof to 50 m, allowing you to wear it in the shower or in the pool. A six-axis sensor detects the four main swimming styles - freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly - and records speed, distance, calories, and swolf value.

Huawei's TruSleep technology enables Honor Band 5 to analyze sleep quality in real time, identify everyday sleep habits, and provide over 200 personalized suggestions for better sleep.

If you misplaced your phone, the smartphone find function locates it immediately. You can also preview messages and reminders or take selfies and group photos easily by simply lifting your wrist.

An energy-efficient, high-performance battery, supported by system-level optimization, means that the AMOLED color display is in standby mode for up to 14 days on a single charge. When the heart rate and sleep monitoring functions are activated, the usage time is up to 6 days. Battery life depends on usage and other factors.
