The hardwire kit is compatible with dashcams featuring a USB-C connection, including the models Hermex-126994 and Hermex-126995. It operates in vehicles with 12V or 24V onboard voltage and converts the input voltage to 5V/2.5A. The integrated low voltage protection automatically disconnects the power supply as soon as the vehicle battery drops below 11.6V or 23.6V, ensuring the car remains ready to start. An integrated 3A fuse protects against overload, while reverse polarity protection safeguards against connection errors. The kit includes four add-a-circuit adapters (2x ACU/ATO, 2x Mini/ACS) as well as suitable fuses for the dashcam power circuit. For installation, insert the included dashcam fuse and, if available, the original fuse of the selected circuit into the designated slots of the adapter. This keeps both the original circuit and the dashcam separately fused. The cable length of approximately 3m allows for easy and flexible installation.
