Flexible base for round and angled surfaces. FMBAPT base plates are equipped with a 100% closed-cell acrylic adhesive tape, providing greater design freedom, weight reduction, and process cost optimization. The adhesive has high tensile and shear strength, offering an innovative fastening solution for low-energy surfaces. It features a protective film with an overhang for easy removal and is temperature resistant up to +105 °C. The cable tie can be inserted from four sides, allowing for quick, easy, and flexible installation. FMB4APT-I can also be used for high-energy surfaces such as metal or glass. FlexTack base plates are an innovative mounting solution, especially for curved and angled surfaces. The acrylic adhesive used is suitable for both high and low-energy surfaces. These flexible adhesive base plates provide an alternative where screw connections are not possible and can be used in a variety of applications, including powder-coated or painted surfaces, metal surfaces, and plastic cladding in various applications such as control cabinets, rail vehicles, aircraft, vehicles, and in the construction of agricultural machinery.
