The HEDD TYPE 07 MK2 has been specifically designed for sound engineers and producers. Its Air Motion Transformer tweeter ensures clean and realistic reproduction of the upper mids and highs, which are crucial for most instruments and vocal performances. The 7" honeycomb membrane and the 100-W ICE Power Class-D amplifier enable fast and highly dynamic bass reproduction.

Like all MK2 monitors, the TYPE 07 MK2 operates with a powerful SHARC DSP that incorporates HEDD's latest innovations. The "Lineariser®" perfects the temporal behavior of the speaker, providing you with more insight and control over the stereo image. With the Closed-or-Ported (CoP) technology, you have two different sound options: "Closed" for pinpoint accuracy by inserting foam plugs into the bass ports, and "Open," allowing you to operate the speakers at higher volumes while still accessing the deeper bass regions.

The MK2 series also features desktop and shelving filters to better adapt the speakers to the specific room, as well as a bass extension mode that provides access to lower frequency ranges. All controls are easily accessible via smooth, stepped aluminum potentiometers, making speaker adjustments a breeze.

The TYPE 07 MK2 comes with an analog XLR and a digital AES connection. It is available in black and white.
