With an installed detachable DC power cable, the UNIX-BM can be used to power the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema 4K and 6K cameras. The breakaway cable is a 45 cm long, 2-pin push-pull DC12V connector. By utilizing a technology that allowed Hedbox to incorporate a high-quality V-lock made of aluminum alloy, the locking and unlocking mechanism offers up to 10,000 cycles for a V-mount battery on the Unix plate. Unix provides three D-Tap 14.8V DC power outputs. Three D-Taps allow for additional power supply to cameras, on-board recorders, LED lights, monitors, remote follow focus systems, wireless transmission systems, and more. With multiple mounting holes (4 x M3x12 screws included), Unix can be mounted on any device or camera connection. The USB 5V/2.1A output can be used to power external electronic USB devices. This feature allows you to use the Unix V-Lock plate like a power station to charge your mobile phone, tablet, or other electronic devices that can be powered by USB 5V. With a full metal back, the UNIX housings provide durable and strong support. This ensures a robust and secure connection between the camera or other electronic devices and the UNIX plate itself.
