Translucent red housings are made from translucent infrared polycarbonate and are designed for mounting circuit boards. The flame-retardant polycarbonate meets UL94V-0 standards and is nearly fully transparent to infrared devices, making it ideal for applications where components, sensors, or displays need to be visible. Built-in card guides accommodate 1.5 mm circuit boards, and the two-part overlapping construction provides IP54 protection. The covers are secured with M3 x 10 mm Philips machine screws that are screwed into integrated brass inserts to facilitate repeated removal of the cover. The external height additionally includes 4 mm for the cover.
