Thick-walled, waterproof electronic instrument enclosure made from aluminum die-cast. The robust aluminum die-cast alloy is hard yet easy to machine. Two-part tongue-and-groove construction protects against dust and water ingress. The stable, spot-welded bottom flange allows for easy mounting. The unpainted version features a vibration finish for a smooth surface without sharp edges. The gasket is made from pre-formed, one-piece silicone rubber and can be easily inserted into the lid groove. The gasket is suitable for a temperature range of -40 °C to +150 °C. No internal ribs for easy installation of connectors without interference or additional milling. Special feature: with flange, waterproof.
