The unique saddle seat of the HÅG Capisco encourages a natural upright posture of the upper body. The backrest provides perfect support, the hip joint angles are open and the muscles are relaxed. There is no strain, as is often the case with conventional sitting. The freedom of movement and flexibility of the HÅG Capisco is transferred to your entire body, including your legs. Active leg use improves the oxygen supply to the muscles and brain, providing the energy you need for a long day at the office.

Both the HÅG Capisco and the HÅG Capisco Puls are pioneers in eco-design. The components and types of material used in production have been minimised. The chairs are easy to dismantle so that the individual materials can be easily separated for recycling. The HÅG Capisco was the first chair in the world to be awarded the Nordic Swan ecolabel (2010). Today, the chair is mainly made from recycled materials.
