Hähnel Captur Timer Module

The additional module for Captur includes all timer functions. It features integrated interval, series, long exposure, and timer functions. Series triggering and long exposures are possible. There is a repeat function for interval recordings and an adjustment for series recordings to match the camera's shutter speeds. Power is supplied by 2 AA batteries or rechargeable batteries.

The time-lapse function allows for continuously adjustable intervals. Time-lapse recordings are perfect for a blooming flower, urban night scenes, or the perfect sunset. The time interval can be adjusted smoothly—from several hours down to single seconds. A special feature is the repeat function, which allows you to repeat individual intervals at set distances or combine different intervals. This is ideal for time-lapse recordings of sunsets every evening, provided the camera is sufficiently powered.

With the timer module, you can also create long exposures. Set the camera to expose for 5 hours every night to capture stunning images of star movements. Waterfalls, misty mornings, or the sea also yield beautiful results.

Remote triggers, whether wired or wireless, are essential accessories for every photographer. In unfavorable lighting conditions or during longer exposure times, you can trigger your camera without having to touch it. This prevents even the slightest vibrations, ensuring you get a shake-free image effortlessly.
