Product details

Rigid V4A sensor, nominal length 100 mm, diameter 1.5 mm. Mini thermocouple connector. Food-safe stainless steel sensor ideal for measuring the core temperature of meat. The very small diameter ensures that the meat juices remain in the meat after measurement, preventing it from drying out.
