The SR80e is built on the same principles as the SR60e model. Equipped with excellent drivers, high-quality materials for the housing, and rhodium-plated connectors, it features a 4-wire cable and offers even better bass reproduction, giving the SR80e a more detailed sound. Larger ear cushions also enhance comfort and provide a more open soundstage.

The characteristic warm and organic midrange of Grado delivers voices and instruments dynamically and transparently, extending deep into the bass range. The SR80e produces the unique Grado sound with warm harmonic tones, rich, full-bodied vocals, excellent dynamics, and detailed, airy highs.

All Grado headphones are handcrafted in their own facility in Brooklyn, USA. Grado is one of the oldest family-owned businesses in the hi-fi industry, and for over half a century, American headphones have been known for their "Grado sound," characterized by outstanding dynamics and remarkable transparency.
