You can install the column by removing the base plate of the tripod, inserting the center column, and locking the column in place. The main feature of the GS5513XLS is its telescopic design with four G-Lock Ultra profiles, extending from a minimum height of 26.4 inches to a maximum height of 81.9 inches. The base of the column can also be adjusted vertically via a collar equipped with a disc lock, which can be secured at any point within the lift range of 16.1 inches.
