The GK0545T-82TQD is a traveler tripod/head kit consisting of the GT0545T, the lightest carbon fiber tripod in the range, and the GH1382TQD center ball head.

The Gitzo GT0545T Series 0 carbon fiber traveler tripod is an extremely compact 4 leg segment carrier with a Gitzo-developed 180° leg folding mechanism that allows the tripod legs to be folded inwards around the center column and optional ball head to fold to 36.5 cm. By spreading the leg angles and inserting the included short centre column, the tripod can be lowered even further for low-angle or macro shooting.

The tripod features carbon eXact tube tripod legs for improved strength and stiffness in a slimmer format, and Traveler G-Lock - a travel-size version of Gitzo's G-Lock locking mechanism designed specifically to provide reduced-size security. The shoulder strap is supplied with the tripod. The precisely adjusted compact rubber feet can be easily replaced if necessary.

The GH1382TQD Series 1 Traveler centric ball head is the slimmest tripod head in Gitzo's professional range of tripod heads. This model has an independent Pan Lock. It offers uncompromising ball smoothness and is made from high quality, extremely durable steel and aluminium components. The centric ball head GH1382TQD is supplied with a short Arca-Swiss (GS5370SD) type plate and is also perfectly cut to all Gitzo D-profile plates. The quick-release plate is locked with a locking screw and a level bubble helps the photographer perfectly align the horizon. This tripod head is compatible with most Arca Swiss plates of other brands. It does not contain a friction control button.
