Gigabyte

The Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX is equipped with the high-end X670 chipset for AMD's Ryzen 7000 series processors and offers numerous features for enthusiasts and gamers. The Ryzen 7000 series processors require a socket due to support for PCIe 5.0 and enhanced power delivery, which is why the AM5 socket (LGA 1718) is used on the 600 series motherboards. Despite the increased pin count of AM5, the actual size of the socket remains the same as the older generation, allowing most CPU coolers designed for AM4 sockets to be mounted on the motherboard. The Gigabyte X670 AORUS ELITE AX is designed for high-end gaming, enabling you to enjoy demanding games without interruptions. The high-quality voltage regulators with 16+2+2 phases provide a stable power supply of 70A to the CPU, ensuring its high clock speeds can be maintained over extended periods. Additional features include BIOS Flashback and Clear CMOS, allowing you to regain access to your PC if something goes wrong. As usual, DDR5 RAM can also be pushed to higher clock speeds.
