Genelec KM 184 mt Stereo Set

The Genelec GLM Kit enables the calibration and control of SAM series studio monitors (Smart Active Monitor). The network interface connects to a PC or Mac via USB. The speakers are connected using standard CAT cables (RJ45). The Genelec GLM software allows for easy setup configuration.

Up to 40 speakers and subwoofers can be managed. Measurements are taken using a calibrated measurement microphone at the listening position. The AutoCal algorithm then automatically determines filter settings to compensate for room influences. Levels, delays, and phase alignment with subwoofers are also adjusted. Each parameter can be manually edited. Settings can finally be saved in the speakers. If the network interface remains connected, access to monitor controller functions is available.
