The 8320A studio monitor from the Genelec SAM series perfectly adapts to the listening environment. Especially in small, acoustically critical rooms, it creates significantly better listening conditions. The automatic calibration and control is managed through the GLM software. With up to 16 fully parametric and 4 shelving filters, it drastically reduces the distorting effects of room modes. The sound image is linearized, and the high resolution and transparency ensure a relaxed analytical listening experience. Housed in a sturdy die-cast aluminum enclosure, two Class D amplifiers deliver 50 watts each for the woofer and midrange driver. Through the bass reflex channel, the speaker produces deep-reaching bass despite its compact dimensions. The rounded cabinet edges enhance localization and spatial imaging. The DCW sound directing technology ensures linear radiation with a wide listening area.
