The high-quality workmanship and clever design, especially the lid lock, make the Vital Mixer Plus from Gastroback a stand mixer that is very easy to use. However, it lags behind other models in terms of blending results.

- intuitive operation
- Fast commissioning
- No automatic programmes available
- Knives do not chop many foods completely
- Only 2 speed levels available
The first stand mixer from Gastroback is similar to the previous model in many respects. It is relatively small, has only the bare essentials in terms of functions and takes a little more time to chop food evenly. As the blender jug is not dishwasher-safe, cleaning has to be done by hand...
- smooth handling
- Does not puree many ingredients evenly
The first impression of this model is not ideal: the blender jug is not completely stable above the motor block, so you have to be careful when blending. The stand mixer can be used without any real obstacles: The speed of the motor, for example, can be adjusted without any problems...

- Safety lid with release button
- No jug lock
... First we let the blender prepare a smoothie from our fruit and vegetable mixture and get a very creamy result with lots of small pieces. The nuts are evenly chopped but coarser overall. With the crushed ice, unfortunately, there are still larger pieces of ice left behind. With an RRP of 59.99, the Gastroback is the cheapest in our test round and scores good to very good overall.
