The Gainward GeForce GTX 1080 Phoenix is a high-end graphics card featuring NVIDIA's GeForce GTX 1080 GPU. Based on the powerful Pascal architecture, the GeForce GTX 10 series delivers up to three times the performance of the previous generation of graphics cards, along with innovative new gaming technologies and realistic VR experiences. Additional features include NVIDIA Ansel, which offers extensive tools for creating in-game screenshots, as well as NVIDIA G-Sync and NVIDIA GameStream.

The NVIDIA SLI-HB bridge provides double the available transfer bandwidth compared to the NVIDIA Maxwell architecture. The GPU used in the GeForce GTX 1080 Phoenix has 2560 shader units and operates at a clock speed of 1607 MHz (Boost Clock up to 1733 MHz). The 8 GB GDDR5X memory is connected via a 256-bit memory controller and operates at 2500 MHz (effective data rate of 10000 MHz).
