Futaba GYD450 Drift Car Gyro

With a weight of only 3.7 g and micro dimensions, the GYD450 Car Drift Gyro fits cars of various sizes. It is designed to stabilize perfect drifts with controlled drift angles, available in either AVCS or Normal mode. Utilizing the latest MEMS sensor technology, it achieves a micro size of just 20.5 x 20.5 x 11 mm.

All necessary settings can be made via switches or knobs on the gyro itself, with no PC or setup software required. The gyro effect can also be adjusted through a separate channel from the transmitter.

It can also be operated in SR mode, along with the T7PX transmitter and suitable steering servos.

Both connection sides are plug-in and can be easily adapted to model requirements using different patch cables (plug/plug) of various lengths.

Normal Gyro Mode
In this mode, the GYD450 operates like a normal gyro: in the event of an angle change, the position is corrected via the steering servo. This mode is excellent for all non-drifting RC cars.

AVCS Mode (Active Angular Velocity Control System)
The AVCS mode was specifically developed for drift cars to perform wild drifts for as long as possible across different speed ranges. For this purpose, the GYD450 features Heading Hold technology to best support the driver while drifting.
