In its installed state, the Free-Way® Switch is initially indistinguishable from a conventional switch. It is only when you realize that this switch not only accesses the usual three positions bridge/both/neck but also has three additional positions in a second switch level that you begin to uncover its capabilities. The lower bank switches the standard five pickup configurations of a guitar with three single coils, such as a Strat®. The upper bank offers five more series and parallel connections, creating very interesting and useful sounds that typically go unnoticed. The appearance of the guitar is completely preserved. This Free-Way Blade Switch can be directly replaced with a conventional 5-way switch. Color: nickel. Includes one knob in black and one in white.
