Free-Way® 3B3-01 Blade Switch with 6 Positions. In its installed state, the Free-Way® Switch initially appears indistinguishable from a conventional switch. It is only when you realize that this switch not only accesses the usual three positions—bridge/both/neck—but also features three additional positions in a second switching level, that you begin to uncover its capabilities. The lower bank switches the standard three pickup configurations of a guitar with two single coils, such as a Tele®. The upper bank offers three additional configurations: in series, in series reverse phase, and in parallel reverse phase. This results in very interesting and useful sounds that are typically overlooked. The appearance of the guitar remains completely intact. This Free-Way Blade Switch can be installed as a direct replacement for a conventional 3-way switch. Color: nickel. Includes a black barrel knob.
