...Auch wenn die gebotenen Verbesserungen in unserer Beschreibung nach einer großen Steuerung klingen: In der Praxis bemerkt man die Unterschiede nur bei genauem Hinhören. Da aber die angesprochene Klientel genau das tut, lohnen sich für diejenigen auch die 450 Euro. Quantensprünge darf man sich aber nicht versprechen, weshalb Unterschiede zu günstigeren Modellen höchstens messbar sind.

Für einen sehr günstigen sowie fairen Preis ist der Fostex zwar nicht so hochwertig wie die teurere Konkurrenz aber dafür ist der Klang dennoch recht passabel. Auch der hohe Pegel und die kompakten Maße können für den Verstärker punkten, der es natürlich an Details sowie Präzision am Sound vermissen lässt...
