The six setup buttons on the front of the Fluke 8808A can be used like the preset buttons of a car radio. Simply set up the multimeter for a frequently needed measurement, press the Shift button, and then a setup button (S1 to S6) to save the configuration. Now, you only need to press the corresponding setup button to perform that measurement repeatedly. It couldn't be simpler! The setup buttons eliminate the need for worksheets with complex instructions. There is no longer a requirement to set up a measurement function, measurement range, and test limits, or to enter other parameters to take a measurement. Prevent production errors: The 5.5-digit Fluke 8808A multimeter reliably performs the most commonly needed measurements for modern applications. During functional tests or critical measurements at test points, production errors can be prevented in limit comparison mode with Good/Bad indicators, especially for results that are "close to the limit." The display of the 8808A is equipped with integrated indicators that clearly show the operator whether a test has passed or not. The Good/Bad indicators enable precise decisions.
