The Fenix E-Star dynamo flashlight is a compact, portable flashlight also designed for anti-blackout situations. Since the flashlight features a dynamo, the Fenix E-Star can also serve as a backup flashlight for extended outdoor activities. The Fenix LED flashlight lights up through hand cranking and is ideal in emergency situations or during power outages. The dynamo flashlight achieves a brightness of up to 100 lumens and a range of up to 40 meters. The E-Star flashlight is powered by a standard AA 1.2 Volt 1300mAh NiMH battery. The advantages of the nickel-metal hydride battery are numerous - very low self-discharge when not in use and high capacity. Charging is done via USB Type-C.
