Fender ® Pure Vint. 66 J-Bass® Pickup Set
Product details
Pure Vintage '66 Jazz Bass® pickups are tuned to deliver the sound of the mid-60s, an era that gave rise to a whole generation of classic bass tones. With its distinctive mid-range growl and wide dynamic range, the Jazz Bass® remains a favorite among musicians from various genres to this day. The coil construction is designed in a vintage style, and the wires are fabric-covered. Each Fender® Pure Vintage pickup is wound to historical original specifications to reproduce the traditional Fender® tone. Enamel-coated magnet wire provides a warm vintage sound. Alnico 5 magnets enhance focus and dynamics. Flush-mounted pole pieces ensure consistent string response. They are wax-potted. The historically accurate fabric covering and vulcanized fiber coil construction complete the design. Installation accessories are included.
