Product details

The heart of this Fender humbucker is a CuNiFe magnet (copper-nickel-iron alloy). It is responsible for the bell-like tone with full bass and clear highs. These pickups have an almost HiFi-like sound, remaining precise in response and defined, no matter how hard they are played. The 70s style is enhanced by a chrome cover with the Fender logo and offset pole pieces. In the 70s, Fender had its humbuckers developed by the renowned pickup designer Seth Lover to meet the growing demand for a thicker sound. These humbuckers were then used in the Tele Custom, Thinline, and Deluxe models. Gradually, they disappeared from the market and are now available again as a reissue. Cover: chrome, Position: neck.
