The FANTEC SQ-X2RU3e is a compact, super-fast USB 3.0 + eSATA enclosure with RAID functionality. Thanks to the simple and quick installation with Plug & Play, the device is ready to use immediately. With the flexible choice of data interfaces, Superspeed USB 3.0 or eSATA, lightning-fast data transfers of up to 5 Gbit/s (USB 3.0) and 3 Gbit/s (eSATA) are possible. The built-in 80 mm fan can be manually and continuously adjusted, allowing for optimal cooling of the hard drives.

The energy-saving feature automatically turns off the FANTEC SQ-X2RU3e when the PC is shut down. The device can also be operated on USB 2.0 and USB 1.1 ports.

  • RAID 0 - Stripping Mode: Simultaneous writing for maximum speed.
  • BIG - Spanning Mode: Two hard drives are combined into one large partition (no RAID).

  • JBOD Mode: Two individual, independent hard drives (no RAID).
  • 3 LED indicators for operational readiness and hard drive access (HDD1, HDD2).
