The EX-61011 is a versatile serial multiprotocol device server that enables the integration of RS-232/422/485 devices into an IP-based Ethernet network. It is ideally suited for connecting devices such as barcode scanners, weighing systems, and payment terminals. By connecting the serial devices to the network, they can be shared both within the subnet and over the internet. The device server supports a variety of network protocols, including TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, VCOM, Modbus Server, and Modbus Client. A special feature is the ability for peer-to-peer communication between serial devices in remote pair master-slave mode, without the need for a PC or additional software. The included Virtual COM software allows for easy creation of virtual serial interfaces on Windows computers, further simplifying integration. The robust metal housing ensures durability and reliability in operation.
