The robust industrial-grade EX-1180HMS is the smallest USB 3.2 Gen 1 metal hub for up to four devices. The hub provides four USB 3.2 Gen 1 downstream ports with 15KV ESD surge protection. This allows for the connection of up to four external USB peripherals to a USB 3.2 Gen 1 port from a computer in a 19" rack. With power supplied via the two-wire terminal block connection, each USB port can provide 1A. It supports the SuperSpeed USB 3.2 Gen 1 data transfer rate of up to 5Gbit/s and is backward compatible with USB 1.1. The EX-1180HMS can be powered by USB bus power or through a two-wire terminal block connection (+5V). The hub meets the specific requirements of industrial applications.
