Ewa-Marine U-B100

The U-B 100 housing is a modified version of the U-B housing. It has been specifically designed for use with large professional DSLR cameras such as the Nikon D2X, D2H, and D200 in combination with fast lenses featuring 77 and 82 mm filter threads. To accommodate this, it is equipped with a larger front glass. The lenses are connected to the front glass using the C-A 77 or C-A 82 adapter.

Even wide-angle lenses with a focal length of 16 mm (equivalent to 35 mm or full-frame sensor) can be easily used in this housing. The autofocus attachment (AV110) of the U-B housing is not required and is not included. Note: All lenses used must have internal focus.

Smaller SLR cameras can also be used in the housing. Lenses with a smaller filter thread than 77 mm can be used with filter adapters, as long as they have internal focus. The housing is made from special foil and features an integrated optical plate glass.

It is excellently suited for snorkeling, diving (up to 20 m), at the beach, in the desert, in rainy weather, or in areas with high humidity. The closure of the housing consists of two clamping rails that are screwed together with three screws, making the housing watertight.

Lead weights can be attached to the straps on the bottom of the housing to help balance it. The housing comes in a yellow carrying bag, which includes a waterproof side pocket.
