The DS-410 offers a range of valuable productivity-enhancing features, including "Paper Protection" technology. This consists of a set of modern LED sensors that detect when two sheets are fed simultaneously. The machine is immediately stopped, and the user is notified, ensuring that originals are protected and every page is scanned.

The device features an automatic feeder for fast and hassle-free scanning: simply insert the sheets, and the scanner gets started right away. With an automatic document feeder that holds up to 50 sheets, scanning large stacks of documents is no problem.

The DS-410 is robust enough to withstand the common stresses of everyday office use, and its compact design takes up minimal desk space, making it suitable for even the smallest offices. It can scan at speeds of up to 26 pages per minute or 52 images per minute and can handle paper weights from 50 g/m² to 209 g/m². Additionally, the manual A3 mode allows for on-the-fly scanning of large original documents.
